The Partners (William Allen, Jonathan Guise, David Parker and Romain Cattet) have been working together since 2003 at Blenheim Advisors and Houlihan Lokey (following acquisition of the former by the latter in 2007). As a result, Marlborough is the most experienced debt advisory practice in Europe.
Since 2003, the Marlborough team has completed 89 mid-market assignments throughout Western Europe and has collectively executed:
- Over €15 billion of completed leveraged debt advisory transactions (primary market debt issuance)
- Over €14 billion of waiver and amendment or financial restructuring assignments
